Arsenal: Conflicted DC Lobbyist

Arsenal is a Ricochet member’s who is enjoying his 1st article post. Since he’s identifies himself as a DC lobbyist and a conservative thought CR readers would appreciate a quick look at his post -  A Conservative Lobbyist’s DC Observations

Arsenal begins:

Arsenal Workshop, Richmond, VA

I am new to Ricochet, though a long time listener to the podcast.  I am also a federal lobbyist and a conservative.  In some sense that often leaves me deeply conflicted.  But it also puts me in a somewhat unique position to comment on the happenings in Washington, DC.  So, here are some light-hearted observations on DC.

CR will only tease readers with the various subjects Arsenal explores:

  • Swanky federal offices now being paid for by our tax dollars
  • The long security lines endured by ‘The People’, but avoided by those with inside knowledge, as they try to gain access to the government for which they pay so much. Bet the bad guys will want an chat-up Mr. Arsenal’s knowledge of non-secure egress into DC offices.
  • And it does end on a light note with a quick store so true it could not be made up!

Enjoy! Be sure to drop the IRS a note in you tax return asking that you tax dollars not go toward the Department of Education’s rent money. Good luck with that.

Here is the answer to a question many may have about the nom-de-plume Arsenal!
